The Pavlok device uses a trio of stimuli (beep, vibration, and zap) to incorporate the latest technology (backed by 80+ years of scientific research) based on aversion therapy, to help users associate their bad habit with an unpleasant effect and drop it.The app allows you to program your device for detecting habit onset, create warnings and stimuli when your habit is performed, track your habit results and history, explore content about breaking habits and the ability to seek coaching to help conquer your habit.

Pavlok’s clock functionality includes sleep tracking and “go to bed on-time reminder” features, along with a full-featured alarm clock.

"Not a bad app overall but could use small touch ups in a lot of areas. A recent bug I encountered is with the sleep tracking. In the morning after you end the tracking it shows you the stats for the night, but these numbers it first gives you right when you end sleep tracking vs if you close out and go back in are different. Example this morning when I ended it, it said 4 hours of deep sleep, but after exiting and pulling up the stats again it says only 45 min of deep sleep. Does it every time."

"I love the watch sooo much, because it can actually wake me up! The app is pretty nice and easy to navigate. I gave it 5 stars because I think this is a blessing for anyone who can't wake up, however there's still a few things like the "double tap zap changer," the "hand to face" zapper, how the app always runs in the background even if the watch isn't connected and that it prompts you to enable media files everyime you open the app (plz fix). Thanks for making this app and the product though!!!"

"They make you go through 2 splash screens EVERY time you open the app, insisting you give the app permission to access device media.. get this, because they have pretty pictures to show you! What a joke."
